This aspect isn’t only in Destin and extends to other communities along the coast of northwest Florida, including South Walton and Panama City.
What is the result of this increase in rentals, be it in a beach house or in a resort community? Although this is a significant blow to the housing market, it is a boom to the rental market and the local tourism industry.
